If you are using low ppm cs, maybe 10-20ppm, then you can take as much as you feel you need to make you well and then stay on a maintenance dosage. For me I just take a swig in the AM hold under my tongue a few minutes and go on my way. If I am sick I take swigs through out the day, every hour, sometimes every half hour if I'm real sick. That's it, it's not an exact Science so try to listen to what feels right for your body.
