Yes, emergency measures in emergent times... unless we have vine\plant\tree ripened food and herbs, freshly picked grown in perfect soil, air, and water, I am convinced food and herbs alone just will not work any more.

Once well though, and with a strict focus on diet, I think it can still be done with foods and herbs, though those days may be waining as well.

I am planting my front planter and window sills in herbs... back yard gets fruit trees, front, berry bushes, inside sprouts; a garden there some where.
