Hey, glad to hear some of the excerpts proved to be good pointers. I was so glad to take a look around for info, as I ended up finding out a lot of interetesting things to research more on.

Sad but true, that many people simply do not want to even broach the subject of alternative health care, but the way things work, it has to be what each person feels will work for them or nothing will have any effect. So in the end, we can just try to keep asking questions and exchanging information with those that are open to the idea that mother nature provides what we need for our well being.

Please do post about your results as you search for more and try some of these herbal "assists".
