i used this method, i loved the results! i used swf to get everything out. i combined swf with fasting (had a disaster when i didnt fast - going to do lax tea next time i do this method to make sure all goes smooth). i did two days then rest then another 2 days since im just starting out with cleansing. i will definitely do this one again, since the results were so great.

for the salmonella thing, i just think if God is going to make me sick He'll make me sick whatever i eat whether its raw eggs or cooked chicken so i just go for it and dont worry.

i love this flush so much. its so gentle and so powerful and i love how you can experiment with the quantities. plus its so easy to get down. i cant recommend it enough! i do agree with the others though, you need to do something to get all the gunk out otherwise you wont have as good results (and you will probably feel yuck for a while).
