now i am surprised to say the improvement seems to be really happening.
after my 6th Liver Flush the Psoriasis on my hands is pretty much gone, my ankle, 75% gone and knee 50% gone.
in the past weeks i have simplified the regime, to try to make life easier, and to ascertain what is helping and what isnt necessary for me.
my diet, now about 70% alkaline, 50-70% raw.
back on nightshades(happily so)
low gluten, but not totally gluten free
cod liver oil everyother day
daily juicing(apple carrot beet)

and applying vitamin e to the affected areas started a major breakthrough, some cracks on my hands i suddenly thought to put it on, it healed so fast! then i started applying it 2 times a day, and now, about 3-4 weeks later im really in good shape.
