Thanks, Carthage. I didn't take it negatively--we are all here to learn. Thanks for the information about iodine, too. I was beginning to get interested in it as there is a new forum here at Curezone discussing the benefits of Iodine supplements. It's hard to imagine anyone being deficient in iodine, though, at least in the U.S., since our diets are so high in salt.

I did find other parts of the article very interesting, though. I keep forgetting about the benefits of green drinks. The article reminded me to pull them out again and start using themb.
