Hey --

I could not do the morning ES doses without the capsules. For some reason the ES tastes worse in the morning.

You can buy empty capsules in the bulk section of the health-food store. They were cheap and made a huge difference for me. Orginally I thought I would have problems choking down the juice/oil but it was the ES that got me until I started encapsulating them.
