Few are aware that the pineal also contains calcite, a particular form of calcium carbonate, which when subjected to tiny pressures can, by the piezoelectric effect, generate tiny electrical currents.

The pineal gland in particular has the ability (thru proper cultivation) to transmute lead into gold, esoterically speaking.
