In the radio program Dr. Flescha said a therapeutic dosage of Lugol's (I believe this was specific to fibrocystic breast disease, but I could be wrong) was 9-10 mg. per day, along with 1500 mg. Vit. C 2x per day..? Is it a good idea to start with this dosage?

Good to know about the Seasalt , I take it daily in water, I'll up my intake.

I'm wondering about the spacing out of the iodine/vit.C supplementation..?

edit: must correct mistakes wherever they might be, therapeutic dosage is 50 - 60 mg., not 9-10
