I do this flush all the time and have got out all kinds of stuff. I do 2 room temp egg yolks 2 TBS of olive oil and 3 limes I drink it first thing in the morning and then 2 hours later I do 1 TBLS epsom with water and then got to the bathroom alot and then eat something like thai food and it always works.You have to do something to get it out.
