My dog does not lick the stock pot, but I do give her some of the stock with her food. I've wondered before if cooking the stock with onions in it would be a problem. Although, she doesn't eat any of the onions, and has not had a problem? I've thought about not putting the onions in the stock, maybe I'll start leaving them out just to be on the extra safe side! Thanks for the tip.
