I think it may have been the coconut oil. I had a similar experience when I took a couple of tablespoons of it by itself (I normally have it with food). I felt very sick, almost threw up, felt faint, had diarrhea, etc. I also read about this happening to someone else.

But I don't know if that was die-off, or just simply my body disagreeing with that much coconut oil at once.
