Rygar,

What brand and kind of shake are they? BTW, the lemon water is a favorite of mine too. Microfiltered whey with lactoferrin gives me a reaction late at night like my insides are heating up and I get the sweats. Certain brands are worse than others, but this definitely get worse if the product has been sitting on the shelf for a while.
