So I wrote something on hypnosis that tells what it is and importantly what it is not. .......Positive messages to the subconscious, form imprints just as do negative ones and conditioning occurs. This is all stored in the subconscious. You then live your life by default according to the script you have contained within your head. One of the first laws of behavioral psychology is whatever you reinforce, you get more of........ .....people can become the author of their own script again as opposed to just being a two-bit actor living life by default or chance. . Pick it up the pen is in your hand (right here is a good place) and start writing. Hypnosis.,..
