MSM is methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur compound related to DMSO. Linus Pauling has written lots about vit-c. I meant Liver Flush although the herbs are great as well. There is a company in Germany I remember who sells Huldas products. Think you can get their info through her site, dont remember their name. Dont know the cause of your stomach not breaking it down, could be lowered stomach acid perhaps? Grind it before to make it easier to absorb perhaps or increase your stomach acid or both?
