just check for any fluorescent lamps near you, work office, home, reading.I used to have migraines/headaches due to fluorescent lamps(a friend of mine also used to).If you have them in your house try to eliminate them all.

Also for instant relief you can take an extra strong dosage of fresh royal jelly sublingually.I prefer to buy from producers directly since the store-bought royal jelly has no effect on me.
