WOW, what alot of useful information. THANK YOU!! and I am sure my family is going to want to thank you as well, my cycles disrupt our whole house hold. I am so tired of going through he_ _ every 28 days. I can't wait to get to the herb store first thing in the morning!! I wish they were still open tonight HEEHEE!
