Lol, I live in Canada, and I can tell you NO. Nobody drinks tap water here - there was a big scare a few years ago in Walkerton, Ontario (near where I live) where there was a huge mess-up and some people died from e-coli from the tap water. Since then...

Plus, I'm pretty sure it has flouride in it - I'd be shocked if it didn't. Who wants to drink chemicals?
