Hi everyone !!!

I have tried oil pulling and I have 2 questions.

1. everytime I pull i feel the need to swllow, but I feel nothing going down my throat when I swallow. Its just we are so used to swallowing our saliva, every minite I feel the need to swallow a tiny, tiny, tiny bit while pulling. Or maybe it is jusy the action taking place but nothing is going down. is this normal ??

2. Does you mouth hurt all over in the inside muscles when u pull???
