yes, still doing it. Had a very big positive result when I went changed from NOW brand Kelp powder to Frontier Brand Kelp powders and again when I increased the Kelp to 3 tablespoonsful.

While I do not mind the taste it was pushing the upper limits for me at 3 tablespoons.

When talk started about HIS it made some sense and I decided to try the Lugol's. I had done an Atomidine protocol once before and had some around so started out with it.
