Hg is implicated in periodontal infections which are a major cause of miscarrage.Periodontal disease also causes heart attacks and pneumonia.
Crowns are hot beds of bacteria. Many hygenists have said to me-I cant understand why patients do such a poor job cleaning under crowns. We don't. Crowns collect bacteria. Don't get them.
