I've been having problems with gum disease for a couple of years. Back in 2004, my regular dentist told me that I would need $5,000 worth of work done on my mouth to repair the damage (double yikes!)

Last December, my mouth really started to hurt...and that's when I decided to start oil pulling. The pain went away almost immediately and was completely gone by the next day. I've had some aches since I started pulling ,but nowhere as bad as it was last year.
