from what i have been reading, this is not the same as other supplements. you may see no change at all for a while because the Iodine is stored, not used up right away and metabolized or peed out. you are taking a therapeuitic dose which will be no longer necessary at some point and a small maintenence dose will do. it would take you a long time to reach the levels of Iodine in your system that you started with. in other words, this is more of a treatment/cure than a supplement which helps or doesnt. thats what i like about this. thats why i am trying it. thats why i never am that interested in something that promisses to deliver as long as it is taken. hell, if i wanted that, i could go for insulin dependence. if i wanted that, i could have done the moreless drink and said f#@&it to worrying about my diet.
