I read that again. Wow. Iodine can really be almost a miracle substance, just like they used to write about in the early part of the 20th century.

Anyway, when you stop the iodine, you might not see a return to your previous condition for a while, because most people are very much deficient, and even supplementing a little bit with Iodine will allow the body to function more normally for quite a while, since the organs have developed an ability for holding on to iodine.

Your negative symptoms may not return for a couple of months, should you stop the iodine. Does this make sense ?

I was going to give it a rest today, but I may do another day of it. I am very much in tune with my body and can sense when toxins are being eliminated.

I have no doubt that you have experienced detox symptoms of the Herximer type. I had them also, on the first and second days.
