Thanks for sharing Grz. Your results are consistent with what others have reported in the literature.
The past two days, I did 300 mg on each day, but today I will take none.
Halogen Imbalance Syndrome (HIS) is a real phenomenon as I originally proposed two weeks ago. It deals not with whether we are short in Iodine (which most are), but rather with a proper balance of iodine, bromine, chlorine and fluoride in the body.
People are always well informed and somethimes hung up on calcium, magnesium as curing them; yet they ignore the three halogens in their lives on the other side of the periodic table. Ca, Mg et cet. are all electropositive elements, whereas the halogens F, Br, Cl, I are all electronegative, wiht fluorine being the most electronegative of all elements in the periodic table.
To ignore the electronegative elements and focus only on the electropositive is a huge mistake.
Consuming mass quantities of Iodine in the short term flushes out excesses of fluorides, bromide, and chloride that are present in body tissues. This is the purpose of the Iodine flush, to get out the overpopulation of undesirable halogens and put back the iodine where it needs to be. Once this is done, one only needs avoid fluoride and bromides, and continue on maintenance doses of iodine.
Given the overabundance of fluoride and bromide in most people's diets, it would not surprise me if over 90% of americans suffer from HIS.
I woke up today with an amazing sense of mental clarity. We know that fluoride accumulates in the pineal.
I am fairly convinced that the iodine flush removes fluoride from the pineal.
Also, radioscans with radioacive iodine show the iodine goes immediately into the body's bones and teeth upon ingestion. The body NEEDS iodine in the bones. Bones are not dead, they are alive just as other tissues. Lack of iodine and abundance of fluoride (one manifestation of HIS) causes bone embrittlement. This is evidenced by the large numbers of hip fractures at the femoral neck in the embrittlemet caused by too much fluoride in the bones.
This H.I.S. thing is a breakthrough, and it is only a matter of time before some MD's pick up on it.
Thanks for sharing your detailed info.
