i did two cleanses in space of three weeks i rested 1 week after the first. I did juice fast for 6 days i did not do the pre fast so i had enough toxing absorber to do 6 days. no detox symptoms, i wake up feeling refreshed, im wide awake within 20 secs of waking. when i first started detoxing 9 months ago i got bad BO. I stil get some evey now and then but its no where near as bad so its basically cured that as well.
