This is my personal regimen I tried.

Two drops of Lugol's into twelve ouces of clean water taken at the top of each hour.

At the bottom of each hour, a twelve ounce glass of water, with no iodine.

Repeated for four hours.

I don't recommend anyone else try this. Seek a doctor if you are ill !
