Over the last 2 years I have eaten seafish on 3 different occasions. I have gotten ill each time getting more severe. (ill equates to throwing up). I am totally afraid of even trying fish anymore. I recently bought some Omega-3 fish oil thinking that it isnt much. I just came off the Master-Cleanse and started taking the oil. Huge mistake. I thought I was going to die. Has taken me 1 full day to recover.

Prior to these episodes, I never had a problem. What gives? I think I will be returning the fish oil and going with Flaxseed...

Anyone having the same problems?
