oh and when i got sick of buckwheat pasta i made almond milk which is just almonds blend with water then heated that milk up in a pot and then added millet puffs to the pot of warm almond milk mixed it up put it in a bowl and added some sultanas

tasted like porridge and is alkaline 100%

millet and buckwheat are the only alkaline grain. technically buckwheat isnt a grain its a fruit from the rubarb family.

also ate fruit whenever i wanted
