I am pretty sure that I keep on making bile through out the cleanse...
as I continually have the really yellow , acidic ,butt pee...

as for the stones, they look like that Gold Rush bubble gum we used to get as kids in the little drawstring pouch...not bright yellow, but dark green or brown. If you remember dynamic tension(sounds like me at tax time) then you remember the shape of those bubble gum chunks...about a quarter inch or the largest was 3/4"...I put forth the question to everyone, have you ever passed stones on the MC...I thought I had read some posts in the past.

Great point , I mean really great, re the fat storing toxins...
a great example of that is in certain fish. Another reason to stay lean!

It is really sad that I cannot find any medical data/information regarding the MC.

Wouldn't it be great to rigoroulsy monitor the blood, body fat, toxin level, cholesterol levels, white/red blood cell count etc...through out a long cleanse.

It really makes me wonder why there isn't anything documented. If so many doctors
condemn the Mc, then they are doing so by mere speculation.

I have read a few posts of folks who saw a dr during the cleanse, yet none with scientific facts and data.

Anyone able to pass on any scientific facts pros or cons...

Also anyone have any info on Stanley.

I source/research for a living and it's almost scary how little there is on a man who's program has been around for 5 years...

I did find info on one death lawsuit ,that I'm sure some of you have heard about, though Stanley was aquitted.

Thank goodness for this forum...we'd be lost w/out it!

Ok, this is day one for me! Maybe a 50 to celebrate 50. Definitely 30.
