Trapper, I agree with V. I have been putting some on a few moles to see what happens and before the day is up you would not know I had painted them. I am on the third day of doing this and the moles seem to be getting smaller.

indications of being low on Iodine surprise me as I have been taking at least a tablespoon, and most times more of powdered kelp for well over 6 months now and eating kelp, and dulse for over two years almost daily in food. I am type O- though and from the papers, O types seem to be notoriously low... maybe they require more too. I do not know.
