So I was speaking to a friend just yesterday that studied psychology and he recommended that I check out the symptoms of Manic Depression. So I spent all evening reading everything I could find to determine if this was me. I came to the conclusion after reading many articles, that I do indeed have this illness. Not in severity, but a moderate case I think. I find myself depressed a lot. I spend excessive money all the time leaving myself in many bad situations. I have multiple sex partners, which isn't so bad knowing I'm single and in my prime.. I HAVE to take xanax to sleep or I would be up all night thinking, writing, and obsessing over any and everything. I do find that I have "highs" as well. Periods of time where I'm happy. I could continue to list other symptoms, but I think these are enough to determine my diagnosis.
After reading your blog, I came to realize many different things. 1. I think you are totally on with what you think. I believe that you can cure your self of pretty much anything using natural supplements, etc. 2. the pharmaceutical business is a money laundering political way to control people. So I agree with you're reasoning behind why there isn't a vast knowledge of your findings or anyone Else's. 3. I need your help. I'm not sure where to start. Another thing you mentioned was diet. High in sugar, etc. Well that's me. I have the sweetest tooth around! I find that when I eat chocolate, I'm much more quickly annoyed, irritable. I'm sure if and when I take the time to look at the other foods I'm eating, I'll come to the same conclusion.
I've decided to take a few first steps. A. Acknowledging that I have a problem. B. I've already thrown away all the sweets in my house and C. I'm definitely going to do the cleanse. I think you are dead on with the cleansing portion of your blog. It's funny cause I've been speaking about a proper cleansing and parisites, with a few of my friends lately. So I know what you are saying to be true. D. I really think with the vast knowledge you've gained, you could possibly guide me in the right direction. And to the smoking bit you have, I say, heck, you have to have some kind of outlet.. It's really not that big of deal. Your obviously taking care of you're mental state, so I say, give the guy a break!
If you wouldn't mind, could you please give me some advice on where to go past these first few steps I've taken? I really don't want to take anymore drugs. I'm currently taking Wellbutrin. I've taken zoloft, paxil, and Celexa. None are really working for me, but I feel that the Celexa is the best even though all of them pretty much suck. So that brings me to you and what you've learned about supplements.
Please take the time to get back to me. Maybe you may have some questions, etc. I'll look forward to hearing back from you.
Take Care,
Tamara
