Hi,
I am always doing research on behalf of two friends with MCS, both of whom are very EMF sensitive and so unable to use a computer.
One of them gave me a copy of an article written by Paul Yannick which really helped me understand why many people are unable to achieve positive results while undergoing detox and may in fact, make themselves worse. I found it most enlightening and thought to share it with readers of this Forum. I think it applies to many people dealing with health challenges, not just those with MCS. I think, given the fact that we are all bombarded with man-made deleterious EMFs from all the technological gadgets we use today, it would be safe to say that almost everyone suffers from adrenal insufficiency, to one degree or another. Depending on the state of ones adrenal glands might be the determining factor in how well one is able to benefit from detoxification protocols.
It seems to me that if one could significantly reduce one's exposure to EMFs in the home environment, this would do much to help the adrenal glands recover which in turn would lead to increased ability to detoxify and start someone suffering from severe health challenges back on the road to recovery. I am currently investigating the use of the XPower devices and will report how these affect my MCS friends with electrosensitivity.

where you can purchase grounding sleeping pads. Check under their Science link (fourth article) to see how sleeping grounded helps adrenal function/cortisol levels normalize
