Hey--

If I had space and an extra $100, I'd just get a water distiller. Saw some on E-Bay. My next big purchase when I am feeling flush. Is that an option for you? I am not sure if a distiller would take out the plastics and I really don't know what to make of distilled water at the store coming in a gallon jug -- plastic. At some point I have to stop worrying about this and keep moving forward. It can get so overwhelming!
