No I did not have isues with what you have. I was toxic and lots of minerals have hleped me tremendously. I had low b/p , but I was low in sodium and mg and most lijkely all the minerals.

But I do not isolate them, I take all of them in the right amounts together. Taking only mg is not a good thing. You can cause an MG induced MG deificiency whihc takes a long time to fix.
