Molly Bloom: "So I tend to use his stuff under my normal makeup so that at least his products are the ones actually touching my skin."

Yeah, it's a nice thought, but not exactly waterproof. Anything on top of the thin layer of your "better" makeup WILL touch your skin, and be somewhat absorbed by it.

"I do look a heck of a lot better since I've been cleansing, but not enough to go to work bare."

Maybe you should lead the fight to win this battle over females being made to look a certain way thus affecting the self esteems of both and young. Maybe you should start this revolution by leading the way by your example? :)

selfhealthinAL: "I'm tempted, though, to try to "create" my own little homemade concoctions after reading some of the posts on this forum."

Let us know when you start your own franchise will ya :)

Yeah out of all those cool cool links you posted, I - after brief examination - dumped Dr Hauschka straightaway... Yeah, he's recommended by Kevin Trudeau , but I simply found too many off ingredients in the ingredients' list for cosmetics. Simple as that. I always always go for the product with the least stuff on its ingredients' label. Anything you can't pronounce it man-made and not good for you.
However, a big plus for Dr Hauschka for even mentioning all the ingredients!

MiEssence (a sub-link from one of the pages I think) is familiar to me from the Natural Store I've been going to, I've been happy with their in-liven. However, on the web site, they don't have any sort of an ingredient list. I passed straightaway. If they have any products in the stores, I'll be more than happy to take a closer look at the ingredient list.

I also passed a couple of other sites (also quoted here) that had a few funny ingredients, or no ingredient list.

The web sites I found interesting, were Suncoat and Monave. :)

Basically, until I've got enough experience on which products work best, I don't care for how long they last and all that, but go with how natural they are. :)
