have you read doc hays book yet? if you are eating potatoes with that grass fed beef, you are working against everything you are doing. i would eat beef with you any day. but i would pass on just about everything else on the table. no carbs. lettuce with a shot of lemon and maybe dip the meat in some of that pepper olive oil! yummmmm. oh yea, and seared on both sides, cold in the middle.
