Oh, I do have it in perspective, Grz, and I do eat meat, organic grass fed, in small amounts. I tried the vegan thing, years ago, didn't work for me. Have you seen FF's post on the bone broths? That is fabulous stuff!REALLY energizing, my second batch will be ready tomorrow. That stuff, some good EFA's, some veggies & fruit, yeahh...we're all set.
