net etiquette is to give a link to a particular article and then give a pertinent quote from the article to raise interest in it. this is called fair use. this is, in effect, a stolen article with no by line and no other reference or link. it should at least contain a link, which is something i would personally appreciate. i would like to know who would write such an intelligent article and where they published it.
