I am about ready to begin a 10 day cleanse because I just feel my system is out of whack both energy and immune wise. But the more research I do the more confused I get. It also seems like I should do a liver cleanse and to do that it seems i should kill parasites, but if I do that then I should do a colon cleanse. It is rather overwhelming. I have begun to lead a healthier lifestyle and am willing to make various sacrifices for my health, but cannot put myself out of commission for a few months. Based on what I read and my symptoms I feel I would benefit most from an Master-Cleanse and some Liver flushes. What are your experiences with the orders and necessities of various cleanses and how well they are compatible with the MC.
