I have an aquaintance with lupus who went on a low carb, lean protein, plenty of non-starch veggies, Sugar free, low Sugar fruits diet. This made a radical difference to how she feels.

I know someone else with lupus who did colonics and felt it helped her quite a bit. She had severe headaches and said this stopped them. I have done colonics and done a product called Oxypowder and felt the Oxypowder did much better for me. Plus the oxygen in the product really helps me with CFS/FM.
