well, i think the implication is not to eat cement.

as far as the mineral deficiency is concerned, that is diet, not the water. if one is eating chemical laden nutrient deficient food in mass quantities and pouring a half gallon of distilled water through their bodies, they are gonna get very sick.

the fact is, the more you eat, the more you need nutrients to process that bulk. distilled water is never the culprit - stupid people are.
