I agree, 100%. "Helping" doesn't always translate into stroking someone's ego or saying what people want to hear - sometimes, honesty can be a bit painful and, if we're self-assured and emotionally healthy, we can look beyond the immediate offense and see the wisdom in what might be percieved as "unkind" words.

I thoroughly agree with Rendezvous' quote!
