Hi San2006! I was wondering, you said last week you had to stick near a toilet and then 3 weeks later you were able to have a "normal" day. Did you have the same amount of caster oil each time? Thanks for your posts, this is something I'm going to try. I've done a couple of Liver Flushes but didn't get really great results after the third time. I'm hoping to get a nice flat tummy like you!
