My alpha is too high......generally not a problem unless it is being driven into
overdrive as mine has. My theta is actually too low and my beta too high. A very
odd pattern indeed but it results in extreme stress reactions. The alpha is high
due to subconscious stuff from childhood........effectively bringing me to an extremely
high level of mathematical and creative success.......but with a loss of many emotional
aspects.

Bad effects.........extreme nightmares and anxiety brought on by facing childhood demons.........
