There seems to be some controversy over Dr. Adamo and his findings but he states in his book "Eat Right 4 your type" that AB & A blood types are genetically programmed to have low stomach acid. I am AB + and I acknowledge that I have low stomach acid. In his book it advises that Bromelain would be a good enzyme to help the digestive tract better assimilate.

p.s I tried your Bone Broth yesterday.. thanks for posting!
