what frequencies are you attempting to enhance, the high beta range? or are you trying for soemthing really deep like hte theta range? if i remember correctly, my experience was the the high beta was the range that was best for optimum production, ready to take action, but relaxed at the same time.

what do you mean by scary? what does a scary bio feedback pattern look like?
