Maya, we got so involved during her three weeks here, we never did get to it, though we spoke of it. But perhaps I can do it distance-wise for her? ( I believe there are a few hairs remaining here, on a jacket or two ;-) She now sees though that she IS dehydrated--and mineral-deficient, so really, we already *know*. But I kept your post and will use it. The thing is, she came quite emotionally shattered, but determined to make a huge shift, (or several) and she called just the other night on her return and thanked us for putting her life back together. She's very up, and a long-standing issue was resolved happily. So, there was a great feeling of Grace descending, and aspiration ascending! Big changes, lots of good prayers and practise and a 'teasure vase' later...to take back to bless the land. She also saw the Amchi twice and I worked a lot on the Sha exercises for her., and could see the results. (She bought the book also, to take home.)

PS among her Little Christmas presents was a can of ----->>>> pickling lime, much appreciated for -among other things- its being called for, in some Asian recipe she has.  ;-)
