I have been down a similar road. Also friends of mine. Interferon is not a sunday on the beach. My moodswings have not been that bad. (Funnily, I also practised martial arts). I went to use Sho Saiko To, liver product which has been tested in non-responders.

It increased my energy level, improved my test results. You might want to consider it.

I believe that the martial arts helped with the mood swings, but that might be just a belief.
