are you using nuero feedback? i have done that once and was intrigued by the results. how are you getting access to a machine? do you use it with a therapist?

as for the ashwaganda, yes i agree, its a pwerful herb. so it ginseng and maca. all need to be used in moderation and with careful attention in my opinion if you have adrenal/thyroid issues.
